    What are the inner and outer offerings of winter? How do we embrace the season? What energies are here for us to deepen our awareness of and our relationship with? How do we embrace the darkness as an illumination of truth?

    At RiseWell, we believe that to live life fully and to show up fully to meet our world’s challenges, we must start with ourselves. Who am I in this moment? What is alive in me? Who am I as a soul being in this body and with this heart?  How can I care for myself, resource myself, prioritize myself in order to be happy and show up for others? How can I sustain myself to meet the world with love and purpose? Only when we have grounded ourselves in the truth of who we are can we be the changemakers so desperately needed to, as Joanna Macy says, be a part of the “Great Turning.”

    Join us on Saturday, December 20th & Sunday, December 21st, 1:00-3:30pm ET to explore these questions and more as we care for ourselves and each other and welcome in the season with acceptance, resilience, hope and promise. 

    Saturday will be a time for deep SoulCare where we will engage with poetry, writing, listening, sharing, embodiment practices, rest and creating altars. Sunday, we will engage with the process of SoulCollage® as a way to interact with this time of year with more clarity and compassion. Our Solstice Retreat Weekend is free, or by donation; all are welcome!

    Either is optional, both are encouraged!

  • Mindful Monday

    Join RiseWell in our Mindful Mondays Circles. We meet each Monday for a half-hour Mindfulness session which includes meditation, sharing of practices and setting our intentions for the week ahead. Mindful Mondays are free! Zoom link attached in the sign up form below.

  • Thankful Thursday

    Beginning on October 9th, please join me for a half-hour drop-in session each Thursday from 10:00 - 10:30 am ET to engage in mindfulness and embodiment practices that will help you connect with and explore self-compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude. For those of you who already attend Mindful Monday, this time can serve as a bookend to that experience. The intentions you set on Monday can be revisited and reflected upon.
