Join us for our Thankful Thursdays, a half-hour drop-in session each Thursday to engage in mindfulness and embodiment practices that will help you connect with and explore self-compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude. For those of you who already attend Mindful Monday, this time can serve as a bookend to that experience. The intentions you set on Monday can be revisited and reflected upon.

Whether you have experienced SoulCollage®, either in person or online, or you have never heard of this process and are intrigued, you are welcome to join us for an immersive SoulCollage® Circle series. During this time, you will learn about the transformative process of SoulCollage® as you create collages, work with them to explore your innermost truths and build a deck of collages that you can continue to work with long after the close of our circle.

Grief is a part of life. It is often unwelcome because it is hard. Grief can bring you to your knees, turn your world upside down,isolate you and change you in ways you could never have imagined. Yet, we ALL live with some kind of grief. We have all lost people, jobs, relationships, roles we’ve played, things and places we’ve loved. It is a part of our common humanity. Come honor this commonality and join us for a Circle for Grief. This is a place where we will explore our grief and have our grief witnessed, honored and held. Solitude is important for healing, but you do not have to grieve alone. Feel free to schedule a Discovery Call to learn more about how a Circle of Grief could be right for you! Women suffer from both the high expectations of patriarchal standards of success, while still being the soft, nurturing partner or mother who is ever-giving, but these expectations represent a distortion of the Feminine Principle and how it actually operates. Part of my work centers around this need for a balance. By connecting deeply, somatically, emotionally and collectively with both sides of our nature, I believe we can find the path to peace.

Writing is a way to express yourself, remember your stories, make new stories, process emotions and experiences, integrate and reflect, heal, and explore who you are…now.
You do not have to be a “writer” to write. In our Circle for Writing, we will write for all these reasons. Using poetry, images and other prompts, we will engage in fun and interesting writing practices that will help open you to the writing process without judgement, expectation or demand. We will share our writing and witness one another with open hearts and curious spirits.
