  • Holding and Healing Through the Holidays

    This six-part series is designed to support us as we navigate through the holiday season. We will explore all we hold and how we want to be, feel and show up for ourselves and our loved ones. Sessions will include self-explorations, practices for staying present, how to handle stressful interactions, ways of coping with emotions, grief & loss, balancing giving and receiving, time management, nervous system regulation, loving being with loved ones, managing expectations, disappointment, overwhelm and exhaustion and how to find joy in the preparation, experience and culmination of the holiday season. We will read poems and words of wisdom, write, collage, share experiences, create altars, set intentions and practice many mindfulness, breathing and embodiment techniques that can help resource us. Sessions will be 1 1/2 hours and will be offered from7:00 - 8:30 EST, on Thursdays,November 13, 20, December 4, 11, 18, January 8

    In between sessions, we will have opportunities to share our journeys through an online forum. I will share resources and offer prompts for writing, reflection and contemplation as well as mindfulness practices. If you choose, you will be offered an opportunity to have a “holiday companion,” from our group of participants who would also like a partner to journey with through this time of year.

    Join RiseWell in our Mindful Mondays Circles. We meet each Monday for a half-hour Mindfulness session which includes meditation, sharing of practices and setting our intentions for the week ahead. Mindful Mondays are free! Zoom link attached in the sign up form below.

    Beginning on October 9th, please join me for a half-hour drop-in session each Thursday from 10:00 - 10:30 am ET to engage in mindfulness and embodiment practices that will help you connect with and explore self-compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude. For those of you who already attend Mindful Monday, this time can serve as a bookend to that experience. The intentions you set on Monday can be revisited and reflected upon.

  • Abundant Space SoulCollage® Workshop

    Please join us on Saturday, November 1st, from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Abundant Space, 13610 N Scottsdale Rd, Unit 11, Scottsdale, AZ, for an in-person SoulCollage® workshop!

    SoulCollage® is a process that encourages a deep self-exploration through the creation, interpretation, and sharing of collages. It is based on the work of Carl Jung, a psychoanalyst, who believed that imagery held wisdom and medicine for our soul’s growth. In this circle, we will experience the process of intuitively finding images, creating collages, reading from and interpreting them, and working together to bear witness. 

    Included in this workshop will be somatic practices as well as sound healing with Jessie Brown to help us deepen our SoulCollage® experience.
