Hear Together
A Community of Belonging for Educators
Facilitated by Lea Carla Abrams & Dr. Linda Mary Noble
“Come as you are. Leave reminded that you are not alone.”
This is not therapy, coaching, or professional development. It is a community. A place to listen and be heard. A place to be seen. A place to remember that we do not have to do this work alone.
Teaching is meaningful work. It is also deeply human work. In a time when many educators are navigating increasing demands, uncertainty, and change, it can be difficult to find spaces where we can simply arrive as ourselves without needing to perform, fix, or carry everything alone.
Hear Together is a monthly gathering for educators seeking connection, reflection, and community. This is a space where we can pause, take a breath, and remember an essential truth: You are enough. You are not alone.
Together we will create a welcoming community grounded in presence and curiosity. Through conversation, mindfulness practices, reflective activities, creative expression, and shared wisdom, we will explore what sustains us both personally and professionally.
